June 1: Arrival in Oslo

All day: Arrival at Oslo Airport (airport transfers provided to delegation hotel).

Evening: Welcome dinner. This informal networking opportunity will introduce the group to local peers and select fund managers.

June 2: Oslo

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Group transport to start the day at Oslo Science Park (and StartupLab within it), a prominent innovation hub. Representatives from Invest Norway and other regulatory/government entities will provide a briefing on Norway’s regulatory environment, business opportunities, and investment landscape. The event will include a Q&A session and provide interactive discussions.

Mid-Morning: Tour of the innovation hub, showcasing startups and scale-ups in sectors like technology, renewable energy, and biotech.  

Networking Lunch:  The group will be joined by local fund managers and peer investors.

Afternoon: A private fjord cruise on Oslofjord for a scenic experience and informal discussion with experts from the legal and regulatory communities.

Evening: Evening program will start with a pre-dinner aperitif tasting session presenting unique Norwegian akvavit and craft spirits with a modern twist. The evening will continue with networking dinner where delegates will have an opportunity to connect with prominent local family office peers and fund managers.

June 3: Oslo and Stavanger

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, followed by company sight visit(s). Time permitting, delegates will be offered a brief curated visit to The National Museum and/or MUNCH. 

Networking Lunch: Lunch with invited peers and fund managers at Ekebergrestauranten, offering panoramic views of Oslo and a modern Nordic menu.

Afternoon: Transfer to Stavanger (most likely by SAS flight).

Evening: Hotel Check-in. Optional visit to Round 8 of Norway Chess. Dinner with local peer investors and fund managers.

June 4: Stavanger

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Stavanger company sight visits and local stakeholder briefings.

Networking Lunch: Experience an authentic sea-to-table lunch at the Stavanger Fisketorget (Fish Market), and network with the local peers and fund managers.

Afternoon: Attend the Norway Summit at Fiskepiren in Stavanger. Engage in thought-provoking discussions and networking sessions.

Evening: Exclusive VIP Dinner hosted by the Norway Summit. Conclude the day with a unique Norwegian sauna + fjord dip experience.

June 5: Stavanger

Morning: After breakfast at the hotel, an exploratory tour of the iconic Pulpit Rock (Preikestolen) for breathtaking views of Lysefjord.

Networking Lunch: Farewell networking lunch at Restaurant Söl, known for its Nordic-inspired cuisine and exquisite wine pairings. Invited guests may include local peer investors, fund managers and other stakeholders.
